Con­sul­ting and tech­no­lo­gy pro­vi­der artegic AG has won an inter­na­tio­nal ten­der for edia­lo­gue mar­ke­ting tech­no­lo­gy with the BMW Group.

This is the result of a mul­ti-level, inter­na­tio­nal mar­ket ana­ly­sis of emar­ke­ting solu­ti­ons, in which the ELAI­NE FIVE Online CRM of mar­ke­ting auto­ma­ti­on spe­cia­list artegic AG was con­vin­cing.

artegic will sup­port the ope­ra­ti­on, as well as the tech­ni­cal con­cep­ti­on and inte­gra­ti­on for emar­ke­ting of the BMW Group brands and mar­kets, inclu­ding BMW, BMW Motor­bikes and MINI. In addi­ti­on to the ope­ra­ti­on of the sys­tem, tasks will inclu­de the inter­na­tio­nal email deli­very, par­ti­cu­lar­ly, the con­cep­tu­al exploi­ta­ti­on of online dia­lo­gue mar­ke­ting pro­ces­ses, the lin­king to data and pro­cess infra­st­ruc­tu­re, as well as sup­port of the natio­nal and inter­na­tio­nal ope­ra­ti­ve team.
