Content Marketing means to communicate non-commercial content with a high user value to the target group. A reference to your own services is indirect at most. In B2B, content marketing mostly consists of informative or consulting material, in any case, it is professional, specialist content on business-relevant subjects. By means of content marketing in B2B, companies improve their awareness and image and position themselves as an expert towards the target group. The result is an enlightened customer who is aware of the company’s competence. B2C on the other hand mainly focusses on entertaining content.
