The core of the application is a digital dialogue marketing platform fully integrated with SAP CRM. CEWE relies on the ELAINE technology from artegic AG in order to better tailor communication to the needs of the customer. Thanks to the seamless integration with SAP CRM, campaigns can be controlled directly in SAP CRM and processed even more efficiently via content and automation processes using ELAINE technology. The Enterprise Framework technology ELAINE takes over the essential tasks for the design, individualization and dispatch of digital dialogue marketing campaigns and, thanks to its modular architecture, offers the possibility of using dialogue marketing-specific tasks for the user integrated from SAP CRM.
The process-related data exchange takes place in real-time, so that campaigns, data changes and transactions take place without time delays.
Customer orientation, efficiency, and the continuous optimisation of processes are key focal points in CEWE’s digital dialogue marketing. The integration of ELAINE has further accelerated the marketing workflow. A total of around 350 million emails are sent via this solution.
