The core of the app­li­ca­ti­on is a digi­tal dia­lo­gue mar­ke­ting plat­form ful­ly inte­gra­ted with SAP CRM. CEWE reli­es on the ELAI­NE tech­no­lo­gy from artegic AG in order to bet­ter tailor com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on to the needs of the custo­mer. Thanks to the seam­less inte­gra­ti­on with SAP CRM, cam­pai­gns can be con­trol­led direc­t­ly in SAP CRM and pro­ces­sed even more effi­ci­ent­ly via con­tent and auto­ma­ti­on pro­ces­ses using ELAI­NE tech­no­lo­gy. The Enter­pri­se Frame­work tech­no­lo­gy ELAI­NE takes over the essen­ti­al tasks for the design, indi­vi­dua­li­za­ti­on and dispatch of digi­tal dia­lo­gue mar­ke­ting cam­pai­gns and, thanks to its modu­lar archi­tec­tu­re, offers the pos­si­bi­li­ty of using dia­lo­gue mar­ke­ting-spe­ci­fic tasks for the user inte­gra­ted from SAP CRM.

The pro­cess-rela­ted data exchan­ge takes place in real-time, so that cam­pai­gns, data chan­ges and tran­sac­tions take place wit­hout time delays.

Custo­mer ori­en­ta­ti­on, effi­ci­en­cy, and the con­ti­nuous opti­mi­sa­ti­on of pro­ces­ses are key focal points in CEWE’s digi­tal dia­lo­gue mar­ke­ting.
