How to use transactional mails properly

How much revenue do you generate with you transactional emails? How many opt-ins for your marketing communication do you generate? And of how many percent were you able to increase your transactional email KPI by purposeful optimisation measurements?

The answer to this questions by the majority of marketers is: “no revenue, no opt-ins, we don’t measure any transactional email KPIs and we don’t optimize them either.”
