Because every day we find the potential hiding in customer-centred digital dialogue. And because we know how companies can overcome hurdles on the way more quickly. We have more than 15 years of experience and the right tools for the job.

We believe in new marketing that not only puts the customer at the centre of focus but also correctly utilises every moment and context when interacting with the customer: it’s highly personalised, relevant and automated. And we are certain that we have the right tools for this new form of marketing: fast, agile, pragmatic methods that companies can use to improve their customer relations use case by use case.

We focus on marketers who are not satisfied with the status quo of their marketing and want change. And want it now! Founded as a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Society in 2005, artegic is now one of the leading German providers of standard software for real-time marketing automation via email and mobile. We also operate one of the largest software-as-a-service platforms for digital marketing in Europe.

We’ve been helping marketers establish customer-centred, best-in-class digital dialogue marketing for more than 15 years. Our service portfolio includes consulting, IT integration and our core product ELAINE, software for real-time marketing automation and digital CRM.
