eCRM consulting and technology provider artegic AG, strengthens and expands its international presence with a new office in Italy. The German company is opening new offices in Milan and Merano and building a local service and sales team.

The aim of the expansion is to further exploit European markets for the online CRM technology ELAINE, which is already used for more than 700 million monthly emails, SMS and social media messages internationally.

Official launch of the Italian office will be artegic’s presence at the IAB Forum at the MIC (Milano Convention Center) from 3rd -4th November in Milano.

More local presence in international markets

“The Italian market is strong in e-commerce – a main focus of our eCRM technology“, explains Stefan von Lieven, artegic CEO, “We already support a great number of international customers and therefore wish to expand our local representations, so we can further expand in this market.” Among the first customers, who will be directly managed from Italy, are Gamestop and Terashop, Italian market leader in online commerce and also operator of the ePlaza, Mr.Price and Shoux platforms.

IAB Forum: Leading trade show of the digital sector in Italy

On 3rd and 4th of November 2010, artegic will exhibit at the IAB Forum in Milano (stand B8). Country Manager Vito Intini and artegic Board Member Dr. Denis Giffeler will be attending. The IAB Forum is the leading digital trade show in Italy and national event of the globally operating Interactive Advertising Bureau. This is an association of leading companies and agencies from the media and technology sector with branches in 32 countries in North and South America, Asia and Europe.
