Marketing Meets IT: artegic Presents its Vision on Technology-supported Marketing at the Tools 2014

During this year’s Ber­lin Web Week, for the first time  the Digi­tal Busi­ness Expo “tools” will take pla­ce at the Expo Cen­tre City in Ber­lin from 07. – 08.05.2014. The topi­cal focus of the event will be tech­no­lo­gy-sup­por­ted busi­ness app­li­ca­ti­ons from Big Data to Mar­ke­ting Auto­ma­ti­on. Online CRM tech­no­lo­gy pro­vi­der and con­sul­tant artegic will be one of the exhi­bi­tors. Spe­ci­fic app­li­ca­ti­ons for IT in mar­ke­ting are, e.g. the auto­ma­ti­on of mar­ke­ting pro­ces­ses across all busi­ness seg­ments (end2end), the orga­ni­sa­ti­on and pro­ces­sing of (unstruc­tu­red) cust­o­m­er data (Big Data) for CRM pur­po­ses or the decrea­se of ope­ra­ti­ve efforts through IT-con­trol­led work­flows. The sys­te­ma­tic inte­gra­ti­on of IT and mar­ke­ting in infra­struc­tu­re and busi­ness pro­ces­ses – Mar­ke­ting Engi­nee­ring – is the­re­fo­re beco­m­ing a core chal­len­ge for com­pa­nies.
