Sedo has created an international email marketing platform across eight languages by using eCRM technology provider artegic. The domain marketing specialist is aiming at centralised email marketing, which will optimise customer loyalty as well as support of its distribution. In particular, the tracking and analysis mechanisms of this favoured solution shall be utilised.

Stronger automation in the area of customer loyalty is expected to improve the response time in customer communication. This is vital especially in international business, as the same measures in different markets are not always effective.

Sedo currently uses email-supported marketing for newsletter and promotion mailings in eight languages, as well as for automated and individually designed dialogue communication with customers and users of the Sedo platform.

For this purpose, an automated email communication was established, which is able to carry out multi-level email follow-ups according to customer segment and campaign. This also includes service notifications, which can be sent to mobile devices in the future.

Sedo wishes to optimise its customer segmentation further with ELAINE. By integrating landing pages and new concepts in the area of reactivation messages, Sedo is aiming at significantly increasing its distribution and customer loyalty.
