Web.de and GMX introduce artegic´s eCRM technology

WEB.DE and GMX, the portals of the 1&1 Gruppe, are employing software solutions by ECRM provider artegic for simpler and more efficient handling of CRM campaigns.

Integrability as a key factor

The degree of inte­gra­bi­li­ty into exis­ting ERM, ERP, Web and mar­ke­ting sys­tems is one of the core cri­te­ria for suc­cess. Against this back­ground, the main chal­len­ge for artegic con­sisted in the lin­king of the dif­fe­rent GMX and WEB.DE sys­tems, in par­ti­cu­lar in view of the enor­mous amount of data to be moved in the app­li­ca­ti­ons. artegic’s solu­ti­ons come with a lar­ge num­ber of dif­fe­rent inter­faces. Uni­que in this field is a high-speed import inter­face (Fast Swap API), which can import up to 30,000 data sets per second. This is 120 times fas­ter than the speed of other com­pa­ra­ble sys­tems.
