As Head of Platform, Wolfgang Heider assumes the professional and technical responsibility for the development and operation of the marketing automation technology ELAINE at artegic AG.
In the newly appointed role as Head of Platform, Wolfgang Heider is responsible for the areas of software development, product management and platform IT for the marketing technology provider artegic. His tasks include the further development of the marketing automation software ELAINE as well as the Software as a Service ongoing operations. Heider reports directly to Jörg Sayn (CTO). As part of the reorganization, artegic is for the first time combining the areas of product development and operations into one operational responsibility.
Heider draws on many years of experience in managing distributed teams, providing highly scalable web solutions in dynamic business environments and he incorporates excellent practical experience with agile and customer-centric product development into the day-to-day business. Before taking up his current position at artegic AG, Wolfgang Heider held management positions at Ligatus GmbH (Outbrain Inc.), WEB.DE AG and DICAD Software GmbH, among others.
